1 General Terms

These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between the rbejee platform and the user. By accessing or using rbejee's website, mobile version, or any related services, you are considered to have accepted all provisions of these Terms.

1.1 Definitions

2 Eligibility and Registration

2.2 Registration Information

At registration, you must provide accurate and complete information, including:

• Date of birth

Providing false information will result in immediate account closure and the associated balance may be forfeited.

2.3 One Account Policy

Each person may operate only one account. If multiple accounts belonging to the same person are detected, all accounts will be closed and any pending winnings will be voided.

3 Account Management

3.1 Password and Security

Keep your account login credentials completely confidential. Do not share your password with anyone. You are solely responsible for all activity carried out through your account. If you suspect unauthorized access, notify our support team immediately.

3.2 Account Verification (KYC)

rbejee may conduct a customer identity verification ("KYC") process when required. During this process you may be asked to provide:

• A scanned copy of your national identity card or passport
• Recent proof of address
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used

Withdrawals may be put on hold until verification is complete.

3.3 Account Inactivity

If an account has no transactions or logins for 12 consecutive months, it will be marked as an "inactive account". In this case, rbejee reserves the right to apply an administrative fee in accordance with its relevant policy.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Methods and Limits

You can deposit funds on the rbejee platform using the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer. The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳500.

4.2 Withdrawal Methods and Limits

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours. However, this timeframe may change if a verification process is ongoing or in exceptional circumstances.

• Withdrawal requests cannot be cancelled once submitted.
• The user's account must be fully verified at the time of withdrawal.
• Using the same payment method for both deposits and withdrawals is preferred.
• In the case of unusual or suspicious transactions, rbejee reserves the right to hold a withdrawal pending verification.

4.3 Currency

All transactions on the rbejee platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳).

5 Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New users will receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,200 bonus for a total balance of ৳2,200; depositing ৳10,000 or more gives a ৳5,000 bonus for a total balance of ৳15,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 10x (ten times). This means you must wager 10 times the bonus amount before it can be withdrawn.

5.3 General Rules for Using Bonuses

• Each bonus offer has its own validity period — any unused bonus will be cancelled after it expires.
• Using more than one bonus at the same time is not permitted unless the offer clearly states otherwise.
• Bonuses may only be claimed by users with a valid registered account.
• If rbejee suspects abuse or manipulation of the promotional system, it reserves the right to withdraw the bonus and close the account.
• Separate terms may also apply to VIP cashback and rewards.

6 Gaming Rules

6.1 Fair Play Policy

6.2 Technical Errors

If an unexpected outcome occurs due to a technical error or system failure, that round or bet will be considered void. In such cases, the user's staked amount will be refunded, but no winnings claim will be accepted.

The outcome of every game is determined entirely by that game's software. rbejee does not interfere with results in any way. Game results are final, and in the event of any dispute, the game server logs will be treated as the definitive evidence.

6.4 Betting Limits

• If evidence of false identity or information is found
• Upon direction from legal authorities

11.2 Closure by User

You may request to close your account at any time by contacting our support team. If there is any remaining balance at the time of closure and the wagering requirements have been met, you will be given the opportunity to withdraw it.

12 Changes to Terms
